Why become a member
of ITSPA?
ITSPA influences key industry decision makers and is in
regular contact with Government officials, Parliamentarians
and Ofcom on behalf of members to discuss the issues that
matter to members
Would
you like to explore new business opportunities? ITSPA
holds a number of events each year for its members to
network and create new business opportunities. This ranges
from workshops, to members dinners to drinks receptions
with opportunities for members to get involved.
How
can you keep up with latest developments? ITSPA members
receive a weekly newsletter ensuring they are kept regularly
informed on national, European and international developments
that can affect their businesses
ITSPA
members are offered free membership of dispute resolution
service CISAS. Providers of telecommunications services
to consumers are required, by law, to be a member of an
external dispute resolution scheme.
ITSPA
members can apply for the Ofcom endorsed ITSPA Quality
Mark, which recognises ITSPA members that actively
promote best practice. The Quality Mark can be displayed
on a successful applicant’s website to promote their
services to consumers and businesses
